My final draft is due tomorrow, but…
I really enjoy my script the way it is, and it is something I would want to watch, and I’m actually in love with it, but if I change it the way my prof. wants me to it’s a completely different story. I get that you are trying to teach us structure, but this is my project film and it’s something that I will actually shoot and that is something that will go on my reel.
I can’t be a pushover on this. It’s something I care deeply about, it’s a story I want to tell, it’s a story other people really enjoyed, and I am not going to change it for just one person. Just because he is the one that decides my grades.
